プッシュ通知で相手に知らせるには、プッシュ通知受信者（ヘルパーさん）も
アプリをダウンロードし、要介護者にQRを読み取っていただく必要があります。

１.ヘルパーさんの端末にて：右上のハンバーガーメニューより「通知受信者のIDを表示」
　（ヘルパーさんのID）にてQRを表示できます。
２.要介護者（介護を受ける方）の端末にて：右上のハンバーガーメニューより
　「通知受信者ID読み取り」にてカメラが起動し、QRを読み取れます。誰のQRか
　分かるように名前をつけて保存してください。
３.要介護者（介護を受ける方）の端末にて：画面上の「連絡」「呼ぶ」「SOS」のボタンを
　押下すると、登録している受信者IDの方々に通知が飛びます。

　「連絡」・・・「OOOさんから、連絡くだい」
　「呼ぶ」・・・「OOOさんから、来てくだい」
　「連絡」・・・「OOOさんから、助けてくだい」

４.通知受信者IDは５つまでしか登録できません。
　IDの削除は右上のハンバーガーメニューの中の「通知受信者ID確認・削除」にて確認できます。
　IDを削除する場合は該当の行を選択し、削除ボタンを押下してください。
